Thank you so much for your understanding with having to reschedule the meeting from January 7th to January 21st. Meeting will be held on January 21st from 6:30 to 8:00pm in the same location (11th floor of NYU's Ambulatory Care center on 240 East 38th Street, between 2nd and 3rd ave).

It is with great pleasure that I announce that our Vitiligo Support Group is ready to return in full force and better than ever! In addition to our wonderful founder of the group, Dermatologist Dr. Beth McLellan, we have a new co-medical director who is extremely excited to help lead the group, Dr. Nada Elbuluk.

Dr. Nada Elbuluk is a board-certified dermatologist and assistant professor at the NYU Department of Dermatology. She received her bachelors degree in Psychology from Princeton University where she also minored in Gender Studies and African American Studies. She went on to complete her medical degree from the University of Michigan where she graduated with a distinction in research. While there she received an NIH award that allowed her to also obtain a Master of Science in Clinical Research from the University of Michigan School of Public Health. She completed her dermatology residency at Johns Hopkins Hospital. Afterwards, she served as a fellow and clinical instructor at The University of Pennsylvania.

We are very excited to have Dr. Elbuluk joining us as the new co-medical director of the Vitiligo Support group with Dr. McLellan!!!

The schedule for our first meeting, in brief, will be:

- Meet and Greet
- Review goals for the support group
- Ideas for future meetings
- A presentation on new research updates for the treatment of vitiligo
- A review of what Vitiligo is, the potential causes, and commonly used treatments
- Question and Answer session with our leader Dermatologists, Dr. Beth McLellan and Dr. Nada Elbuluk.

Please let us know if you will be able to attend the meeting, along with whether there any other topics/questions you would like us to address on January 21st!
