Description:
Eli Lilly and Company plans to enroll about 66 participants. LY4005130 is an experimental antibody that neutralizes XCL1 and XCL2 signals linked to harmful CD8 T cells. It is designed to reduce the immune attack on melanocytes and encourage repigmentation. Possible risks include infusion reactions, headache, and infections; its full safety profile is not yet known. People ages 18 to 75 may qualify. The study is recruiting at 35 listed sites across 5 countries.
